IT Co-op Trainee Winter

Overview

We are looking for a dynamic and driven IT Co-op Trainee to join our team. This role is ideal for someone eager to gain hands-on experience in IT support, develop strong technical skills, and work in a fast-paced business environment. The successful candidate will work closely with our IT team to support daily operations, troubleshoot technical issues, and contribute to IT-related projects. Key Responsibilities

Provide first-level technical support for hardware, software, and network issues. Assist in troubleshooting and resolving IT-related problems for employees. Support the setup and troubleshooting of company devices (laptops, desktops, printers, and mobile devices). Help with software installations and IT asset management. Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth IT operations across the organization. Requirements

Education : Currently enrolled in a Bachelor’s degree program in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Language Skills : Fluent in English (written and verbal). Arabic is a plus. Technical Skills : Basic knowledge of Windows / macOS, Microsoft Office 365, networking fundamentals, and troubleshooting techniques. Problem-Solving : Ability to analyze technical issues and propose effective solutions. Teamwork & Initiative : Eager to learn, proactive, and able to work both independently and in a team environment. What We Offer
