Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Health, Safety, and Environment (HSE) Officer to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining a safe and healthy work environment while ensuring compliance with local and international HSE regulations.

• Develop, implement, and monitor HSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure a safe and healthy work environment
• Conduct regular safety inspections and risk assessments to identify potential hazards and recommend corrective actions
• Lead incident investigations, analyze root causes, and develop preventive measures to avoid future occurrences
• Provide HSE training and education to employees at all levels of the organization
• Monitor and ensure compliance with Saudi Arabian HSE regulations and international standards
• Prepare and maintain HSE documentation, reports, and statistics for management review
• Collaborate with various departments to integrate HSE considerations into all aspects of operations
• Manage and implement environmental management systems to minimize the organization's environmental impact
• Stay updated on industry best practices and emerging HSE trends to continuously improve the organization's HSE performance
