As a Senior Business Development Manager , you will be an ambassador for the SHL brand, advising on best practice solutions and developing C-Level relationships within your defined territory. What you will be doing :

  • Fostering new relationships and networks within a diverse portfolio of clients, identifying and developing new business opportunities.
  • Use insight-led sales techniques to make impactful impressions on C-Level contacts.
  • Build C-Level Relationships – learn to paint a client-centric vision of value by effectively positioning our recommendations in the client’s context.
  • Represent the Company : continually drive promotion of the SHL brand in the market. As thought leaders, share our thought-provoking research with potential clients.
  • Manage the entire sales process : from generating initial conversations to ensuring your activity leads to business results.
  • Effective database management : through sources such as Salesforce.com, social media, news reports / press releases, monthly and quarterly KPI metrics. Provide timely and accurate management information.
  • Drive for results : Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly and annual sales objectives.
  • Be a team player : Show up with a persistent, positive, reliable attitude.

What do we need from you :

Essential :

  • Significant successful outbound sales experience, including proven experience in negotiations in a consulting or B2B environment within the HR / talent Assessment Industry.
  • Strong business acumen, excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Adaptability, creativity, and comfort working with ambiguity.
  • Fluency in English and Arabic.
  • Desirable :

  • SaaS experience.
  • Saudi National.
  • Willing to travel.
