Role Summary

The Key Account Manager (KAM) is responsible for developing and expanding strategic partnerships with key decision-makers within the Ministry of Health (MOH) and the broader healthcare ecosystem in Saudi Arabia. The role focuses on driving sustainable revenue growth, strengthening customer relationships, and positioning Beckman Coulter Diagnostics as a trusted partner in laboratory and diagnostic solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Account Management : Build and maintain long‑term relationships with senior stakeholders across MOH hospitals, laboratories, and affiliated healthcare facilities. Understand customer needs, strategic priorities, and clinical goals to deliver tailored diagnostic solutions.
• Sales & Revenue Growth : Achieve assigned sales targets, revenue goals, and growth objectives within key accounts. Identify new business opportunities and manage the full sales cycle from prospecting to contract execution.
• Commercial Planning & Execution : Develop and implement comprehensive account plans, aligning commercial objectives with customer needs. Lead tenders, framework agreements, and long‑term contracts in collaboration with cross‑functional teams.
• Market Intelligence : Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and governmental health initiatives to identify growth opportunities and strategic risks. Provide insights to management for business planning and forecasting.
• Cross‑Functional Collaboration : Partner closely with Marketing, Applications, Service, and Technical Support teams to ensure smooth implementation of solutions and post‑sales customer satisfaction.
• DBS & Compliance : Apply Danaher Business System (DBS) principles to ensure disciplined execution and continuous improvement. Ensure compliance with all applicable Saudi regulations (e.g., SFDA, MOH guidelines) and company ethics policies.
