The Job Description

Lead the development and execution of enterprise innovation strategies to enhance digital capabilities and operational excellence.
Identify, evaluate, and implement emerging technologies and digital solutions aligned with business objectives.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to foster a culture of innovation and integrate new solutions into existing frameworks.
Conduct market research to identify trends, opportunities, and best practices in digital innovation and Industry 4.0.
Develop business cases, ROI analyses, and roadmaps for implementing innovative solutions.
Act as a thought leader and advisor to stakeholders, offering insights on digital transformation opportunities.
Manage and oversee pilot projects, ensuring timely delivery and measurable results.
Provide training and workshops to internal teams to drive innovation adoption across the enterprise.

Requirements :

Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field.

Proven experience (5+ years) in digital innovation, technology consulting, or enterprise transformation.

Strong knowledge of emerging technologies, such as AI, IoT, blockchain, and cloud computing.

Demonstrated ability to lead complex projects and drive organizational change.

Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a focus on delivering measurable results.

Excellent communication, presentation, and stakeholder management abilities.

Experience working in diverse industries and understanding their unique digital challenges.

Preferred Skills :

Familiarity with agile methodologies and innovation frameworks (e.g., Design Thinking, Lean Innovation).

Certification in digital transformation, innovation management, or related areas is a plus.

Experience with tools and platforms for enterprise digital innovation.
