Job Purpose

To lead and coordinate production team activities on the shop floor, ensuring that all manufacturing processes are carried out safely, efficiently, and in compliance with GMP, SOPs, and quality standards to meet production targets and timelines.

Key Responsibilities

• Supervise and guide production operators and technicians during daily operations.
• Ensure that all production activities comply with GMP , SOPs , and safety procedures .
• Monitor and control the performance of production lines to achieve output, quality, and efficiency goals.
• Coordinate shift schedules, task assignments, and manpower allocation.
• Conduct line clearance and ensure readiness of equipment and materials before production starts.
• Support troubleshooting of equipment or process issues in collaboration with maintenance and quality teams.
• Maintain accurate and complete documentation (Batch Records, Logbooks, Checklists).
• Train and develop team members to enhance technical and GMP knowledge.
• Participate in investigations, deviation reports, and corrective / preventive actions (CAPA).
• Promote a culture of safety, teamwork, and continuous improvement within the production area.
