Essential Qualifications :

• BSc / BEng qualified in the stated discipline. Chartered Engineer and Member of the relevant institution
• Required PMC (Project Management Consultancy) and offshore experience.
• 10 years post graduate experience in the stated discipline, at least 7 of which must have been in the relevant industry on projects relevant to the type of projects being supported by this agreement, and with demonstrable ability to operate at the level defined
