Role Summary

We’re hiring a hands-on social media content specialist to manage and grow two brand accounts :

  • Tima Abid – luxury fashion / couture
  • Babylon Special Occasion – events & experiences

You’ll plan, create, publish, and optimize daily content; cover shoots and events; and own community management and reporting. Female candidates are strongly encouraged to apply.

What You’ll Do

  • Content Strategy & Calendar : Build monthly / weekly content plans for both brands; align with product drops, events, and campaigns.
  • Creation & Production : Shoot and edit short-form video (Reels / TikTok / Stories), write compelling Arabic / English captions.
  • Publishing & Community : Schedule posts (Meta Business Suite / Later), handle DMs / comments within SLAs, escalate leads and VIP inquiries.
  • Influencer & Talent : Identify / brief creators, manage barter / paid collabs, track deliverables and results.
  • Analytics & Reporting : Weekly dashboards and monthly reports with insights and next steps.
  • Brand Guardianship : Keep look & tone consistent across both brands; maintain content libraries and naming conventions.

    Must-Have Skills & Experience

  • 2–5+ years managing brand social accounts (fashion, beauty, lifestyle, or events preferred).
  • Strong short-form video skills (shooting + editing in-app / CapCut / Adobe).
  • Bilingual copy (Arabic & English) with flawless spelling and brand tone.
  • Proven community management and customer-care judgment.
