Coordinate with dealers to track vehicles purchased and ensure readiness for shipment. Perform full vehicle checks, including condition, specifications, and documentation. Verify that vehicles meet company standards before shipping. Capture professional photographs of vehicles for marketing and inventory purposes. Maintain accurate records of vehicle status and inspection reports. Communicate and follow up with internal teams (logistics, operations, marketing) to ensure smooth processes. Requirements

Previous experience in automotive coordination, logistics, or related fields preferred. Strong attention to detail and ability to conduct thorough vehicle inspections. Basic knowledge of car features, specifications, and conditions. Photography skills, with the ability to take clear and professional vehicle photos. Excellent communication and coordination skills.
