Key Responsibilities

• Greet and welcome guests with confidence, warmth, and positive energy.
• Manage reservations and walk‑in guests using the booking system.
• Maintain an organized flow of seating and table turns in collaboration with floor staff.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with guests, team members, and managers.
• Handle guest inquiries and resolve concerns with poise and efficiency.
• Maintain host stand appearance and ensure it reflects the brand's upbeat, polished image.
• Stay calm and effective in high‑volume, event‑driven service periods.
• Uphold Little Krazy's high service standards while keeping a friendly and energetic tone.
