Job Objectives

Follow up inventory and ensure the availability of fabrics to make it ready for distribution.

Distribution of hangars to company showrooms.

Ensure the display of all available SKUs in warehouses.

Monitor and regularly update hangars regarding stock availability, hangar status, and track manufacturing and distribution plans to showrooms.

Key Responsibilities

Create hangar codes in the system and ensure proper sequencing.

Monitor the manufacturing plan and review "Dummy" hangars for sequencing and stock availability before production.

Ensure stock availability for each SKU in hangars before manufacturing.

Daily monitoring of fabric hanger inventory and report missing SKUs to the "Repeat Specialist."

Review hangars post-manufacturing for stock and sequencing accuracy.

Monitor the implementation of the hanger distribution plan and ensure delivery to all showrooms.

Ensure timely arrival of photos in the factory.

Manage the replacement of old hangars in showrooms and display of current stock.

Prepare reports on stock movement and reconcile with displayed inventory.

Deputized by the Catalog Stock Planning Specialist.

Qualifications Education : University degree in a specialized field.

Language Proficient in English (reading and writing).

Skills Ability to use computers as required for job performance.

Experience 5 years of work experience in inventory management.
