Sales Supervisor

A Very big Mineral Water Company in Saudi Arabia requires the services of an expert Sales Supervisor to manage and handle the sales activities of salesman / sales representatives. The Company offers a very attractive salary package with Commission. Job Specification

Plans and prioritizes sales activities within the assigned territory. Develops, monitors and assesses the daily sales activities of the sales representatives in his area. Monitors on a daily basis the vehicles through the tracking devices. Maintains the credit frames of the allocated credit limits & credit period as assigned by the Company. Receives the daily reports and forms from the Sales representatives, and duly reports the same to the Head Office. Submits his daily orders at day-end and keeps a trail of all deliveries and trucks within his area. Responsible for the correct invoicing and collection as per the regulations of the Company. Participates in the establishment of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales forecasts and monitors the growth and achievements. Proposes promotions, service mix, and pricing. Maintains and develops existing and new customers through appropriate propositions and ethical sales methods, and relevant internal liaison, to optimize quality of service, business growth, and customer satisfaction.
