Responsibilities

• Identify and target potential individual learners for the academy’s training programs.
• Build and maintain a robust sales pipeline through prospecting, cold calling, and networking.
• Conduct thorough research on potential students to understand their specific training needs.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with individual learners for repeat business or referrals.
• Deliver presentations and demonstrations of the academy’s programs, highlighting how they address learners’ needs.
• Negotiate pricing, terms, and contractual agreements, and successfully close sales.
• Collaborate with the Operations team to ensure programs meet or exceed student expectations.
• Meet and exceed sales targets, revenue goals, receivables, and performance metrics set by the Team Leader.
• Provide post‑sales support and maintain customer relationships to ensure satisfaction and encourage repeat business.
• Handle class coordination and student queries.
