Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Structural Inspector to join our team in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. As a key member of our construction quality assurance team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the structural integrity and compliance of various construction projects throughout the Riyadh area.

• Conduct thorough inspections of structural elements on construction sites to ensure compliance with contract documents, drawings, and specifications
• Coordinate daily with other teams to document and verify the quality and quantity of work performed by contractors
• Process incoming inspection requests and technical submittals, taking necessary actions as required
• Maintain accurate records of contractor manpower, equipment, and daily resources
• Perform site supervision and inspections as instructed by the Resident Engineer or Assistant Resident Engineer
• Document contractor activities, including personnel, equipment, location, and methods utilized
• Monitor and report on materials delivery, implementing site instructions from leadership
• Apply and enforce quality control procedures and safety protocols on construction sites
• Prepare site measurements and surveying checks as needed
• Monitor health and safety compliance of construction works, reporting any violations
• Collaborate with project teams to resolve structural issues and ensure project success
