Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Oracle HCMS Tester to join our team. The ideal candidate will have in-depth expertise in testing Oracle HRMS modules, especially focusing on HRMS screens such as Personal Data, Work Structures, Absence Management, and Self-Service. The role involves validating changes to personal records and ensuring data integrity across the HRMS ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

  • Test and validate Oracle HRMS modules including :
  • Personal Data
  • Work Structure
  • Absence Management
  • Self-Service HR
  • Perform hands-on updates and modifications of personal records and work structure data within Oracle HRMS for test scenarios.
  • Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and end-users to gather test requirements and execute end-to-end testing cycles.
  • Identify, document, and track defects and ensure resolution before production deployment.
  • Assist in regression, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) cycles.
  • Validate HRMS configurations, forms, workflows, and interfaces during functional testing phases.

Required Technical Skills (Tech Stack)

  • Expertise in Oracle HRMS Screens :
  • Personal Data
  • Work Structure
  • Absence Management
  • Self-Service HR
  • Proficient in updating and modifying personal records and organizational structures in Oracle HRMS.
  • Experience with Oracle Applications R12 (preferred).
  • Familiarity with test case management tools and defect tracking systems (e.g., JIRA, ALM).
  • Strong understanding of Oracle HRMS data flow and configurations.

    • Desired Skills

  • Good understanding of Oracle HRMS business processes.
  • Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
  • Prior experience in HR or payroll-related testing is a plus.

    • Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
