Role Summary

We're hiring a full-time, on-site Product Specialist in Jeddah , with an immediate start date . The Product Specialist will support product development by gathering user feedback, analyzing product performance, and working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure features meet customer needs. This role involves assisting in research, testing, documentation, and continuous product improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or a related field
• Entry-level role with strong learning potential
• 02 years of experience in a startup environment
• Strong understanding of product lifecycle and user experience
• Excellent communication and analytical skills
• Ability to collect, organize, and interpret data to drive product decisions
• Collaborative and proactive approach to solving problems
• Previous exposure to fintech products is a plus
