We are now seeking a highly seasoned and visionary leader to establish and head our AI Consulting Services division . This role is pivotal in transforming our strong legacy in UX, CX, and digital transformation into a future-driven AI consulting powerhouse . The Head of AI Consulting will be responsible for defining the AI services portfolio, building a strategic roadmap, developing organizational capabilities, and driving client adoption of cutting-edge AI solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Leadership

Define the vision, scope, and roadmap for the new AI Consulting Services division.

Design a portfolio of AI consulting services (e.g., AI strategy advisory, AI-driven CX, predictive analytics, automation, generative AI integration, data governance, AI ethics).

Partner with the commercial / sales team to pitch AI offerings, close deals, and pursue strategic accounts.

Conduct competitive benchmarking of AI service offerings from leading agencies and consulting firms.

Oversee pilot projects and proof-of-concepts with key clients.
