Site Engineer

Consequently, the ideal candidate for the Senior / Site Engineer position (as well as other vacancies in KSA) shall be flexible and adaptable. Supervise and provide technical advice on the work at assigned site by using different methods like site surveys to ensure technical norms and quality assurance. Share regular updates with Project manager. Role Description

Manage pretender and post tender discussions / clarification with clients / sub-contractors etc Study enquiry document to clearly understand the scope of work Communicate with client to clarify scope and other contractual issues Distribute inquiry documents to relevant disciplines Ensure quality and timely completion of proposal Manage projects in their entirety, from the invitation to tender step up to completion and handover Act as the prime contact with the client, and as the technical, contractual and commercial interface Financial Management and contractual control of proposals, in line with Company standards and procedures Management of engineering projects. Interfacing with other design contractors Liaison with client representatives Management of resource scheduling Able to analyse issues and plan the actions Ability to read, understand and create technical documentation Ensures coordination within the various disciplines to achieve timely & cost effective completion of the project, and quality assurance in accordance with contractual requirements Directs the preparation and modification of, reports, specifications, drawings, plans, schedules, etc Monitors and reports on the progress and financial performance of the works including the application of KPIs and their analysis Identifies the various engineering problems encountered during the progress of a project and ensures that the corrective actions are promptly implemented We are looking for a Senior / Site Engineer in Saudi Arabia who has the following experience, skills and personal attributes : At least 5-8 years related work experience in Fit out Industry Successful track record of working on these type of projects. e.g. Hospitality, Hotels, High End Residential, Palaces, F&B, Retail, Entertainment, Health, Education etc The position requires a bachelor’s degree of Engineering or equivalent field Work Management Skills Communication Effectiveness Stakeholder Management Professionalism and Work Ethics We are looking forward to receiving your application for the position as Senior / Site Engineer in Saudi Arabia in case you meet the above-mentioned criteria.
