Senior Marketing Program Manager | Contractor role with top global brand in financial sector

Our company partners with leading global brands to identify and engage top-tier talent for fixed-term projects.

The candidate selected for this project will be fully embedded within the client’s internal team (globally recognized corporate brand in the financial industry ) on a 12-month contract (with the possibility of extension). They will independently manage a high-impact scope of work, report directly to the client's senior leadership, and serve as an independent subject matter expert in a contractor capacity.

Ideal candidate will have previous experience as a Project Manager in a marketing agency or in-house marketing team.

Project Scope :

We are seeking an experienced Marketing Program Manager with a strong background in digital marketing, project management, and brand activations to lead high-profile marketing activation programs.

The ideal candidate will be a strategic thinker and a hands‑on executor who thrives in fast‑paced environments. They will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and delivering impactful marketing campaigns and activations, ensuring alignment with brand objectives and partner expectations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Own the end-to-end management of partnership marketing programs.
  • Develop project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring on‑time and on‑budget execution.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, agencies, and partners to align on strategy, assets, and execution. Ensure consistent brand messaging and tone across all touchpoints.
  • Plan and implement integrated marketing campaigns across digital, social, PR, events, and experiential channels.
  • Leverage audience and marketing insights to optimize results of the managed marketing programs.
  • Lead ideation, planning, and execution of on‑ground activations and experiential events tied to the goals of the managed marketing programs.
  • Manage vendor relationships, logistics, and creative development to deliver high‑quality experiences.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the managed marketing programs, maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders.
  • Present marketing plans, performance reports, and key updates to leadership and stakeholders.

Qualifications & Experience

  • Fluency in spoken and written Arabic is required.
  • Bachelor’s (or above) degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field.
  • 5+ years of marketing experience, including digital marketing, project management, and brand activations.
  • Proven track record managing partnership marketing programs or sponsorship activations.
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
  • Experience working with sports or tourism-related marketing is a plus.
