Are you a visionary Site Architect with a passion for innovative design? KILONEWTONS is looking for a skilled professional to lead architectural projects in Saudi Arabia ! If you have 3+ years of experience and expertise in BIM and construction documentation , we want you on our team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead architectural design development from concept to construction documentation.
  • Oversee on-site construction supervision to ensure design integrity and quality control.
  • Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and stakeholders for seamless project execution .
  • Prepare detailed drawings, 3D models, and technical specifications using BIM tools.
  • Ensure compliance with local building codes, regulations, and sustainability standards .
  • Conduct site inspections and resolve design-related issues during construction.

Must-Have Skills & Software Proficiency

  • Design & Drafting : AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp, Rhino (or similar).
  • BIM Expertise : Revit, Navisworks, or equivalent BIM collaboration tools.
  • Visualization : Lumion, V-Ray, or Enscape for 3D rendering.
  • Project Management : Familiarity with MS Project or Primavera.
  • Soft Skills : Creativity, Problem-Solving, Attention to Detail.
