Emergency Manager (M / F / D), Saudi Arabia

Dear network,

I am currently looking for an Emergency Manager (m / f / d) on behalf of one of my clients for an on-site project in Saudi Arabia.

• Start : February 2026
• Duration : 5 years
• Workload : Full-time (48 hours / week)
• On-site presence : 80-100%

Required skillset

→ Identification of potential hazards and evaluation of their impact.

→ Planning procedures for various emergency scenarios (e.g. fire, evacuation, natural disasters).

→ Organizing safe and efficient evacuation measures.

→ Collaboration with police, fire departments, medical services, etc.

→ Conducting drills, training sessions, and awareness campaigns.

→ Developing communication strategies for internal and external stakeholders.

→ Regular review and adjustment of emergency plans.

→ Analyzing incidents for continuous improvement.
