Senior IVR Developer

EXPERIENCE

Candidates must have 6+ years of proven work experience as an IVR Developer or similar role. Up-to-date knowledge of JAVA and web technologies. Technical Expertise : Skills in designing, developing and implementing Cisco CVP (Customer Voice Portal) & ICM IVR systems, with the ability to create new call flows and modify existing ones. Knowledge in the following areas : Call Control, Multimedia Contact Centers, Skillgroup & agent mapping, and IVR systems. Technical understanding in VXML, SSML, XML, JAVA, Rest APIs, Portals, and Database architecture, etc. Support and maintain existing ICM applications – troubleshoot and fix defects, perform maintenance activities. Experience with Java / JEE and Web Development. SKILLS

To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge and skills required. Experience of small / medium sized teams. Strong understanding of application development methodologies and approaches. Knowledge of core banking systems applications and other ERP systems; Linux operating systems. Good problem solving skills, strong interviewing and workshop facilitation skills for gathering functional and technical requirements, and ability to estimate timeframes for implementation. Good designing and communication skills. QUALIFICATIONS

Bachelor\'s Degree required in Computer Science or equivalent (a combination of education and experience will be considered). High level of English interpersonal skills and communication skills, both written and oral.
