Design Manager - Geotechnical Engineering
Seeking an experienced Design Manager to lead our geotechnical design team in Saudi Arabia. This role is central to delivering safe, innovative, and cost-effective ground engineering solutions across diverse projects (ground improvement, piling, shoring).
Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage the design team to ensure high-quality geotechnical solutions.
- Oversee risk management and technical compliance during design and execution phases.
- Collaborate with Tendering and Project teams to develop and validate technical proposals.
- Represent Keller in technical meetings with clients, consultants, and authorities.
- Drive internal training, innovation, and continuous improvement.
