Center Coordinator

Position Summary :

As the Center Coordinator , you will be the face of the center—providing a warm, professional first impression to all visitors. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the sales team, engaging with clients, and ensuring the smooth day-to-day functioning of the center. Your role bridges customer service, operations, and sales coordination.

Key Responsibilities :

• Greet and attend to all walk-in clients, delivering a welcoming and professional first impression.
• Understand client needs, recommend appropriate service packages, and support them in making informed decisions.
• Assist Sales Counsellors during client meetings, ensuring seamless coordination and follow-up.
• Negotiate pricing, address client objections, and close sales effectively.
• Build and maintain strong, trust-based relationships with clients, fostering long-term engagement.
• Oversee and manage daily operations of the center, ensuring efficiency and a high standard of service delivery.
• Coordinate and support center events, workshops, and promotional activities to drive client engagement and brand visibility.
• Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
• Ensure the center environment is organized, clean, and professional at all times.
