Document Controller

WSP is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Document Controller to join our team on a major infrastructure project in Riyadh. The role will be responsible for managing and controlling all project documentation in accordance with company standards, client requirements, and project procedures. Responsibilities

Establish and maintain an efficient document control system for all project-related documentation. Receive, review, log, distribute, and archive documents in line with company and client requirements. Ensure all documentation is accurate, up to date, and easily accessible to project stakeholders. Monitor and track the status of documents, ensuring timely submission and approvals. Coordinate with engineering, construction, and project management teams to support documentation needs. Ensure compliance with WSP and client quality standards. Prepare regular reports on document control activities, including outstanding submissions and approvals. Maintain confidentiality and security of sensitive information. Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field. Minimum of 5+ years’ experience in document control, preferably in large-scale infrastructure projects. Strong knowledge of document management systems (e.g., Aconex, EDMS, or similar platforms). Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
