We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Resort Manager to oversee the daily operations of our luxury resort located in Hafr al Batin, Saudi Arabia. As a Resort Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring that all aspects of the resort are running smoothly and providing exceptional service to our guests.

Responsibilities

Oversee and manage all departments within the resort, including front desk, housekeeping, food and beverage, and activities

Train and supervise staff to maintain high levels of customer service

Monitor and manage budget and expenses to ensure profitability

Develop and implement strategies to increase revenue and occupancy rates

Maintain relationships with vendors and suppliers

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and security regulations

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management or related field

Minimum of 5 years experience in a managerial role in the hospitality industry

Strong leadership skills with proven ability to motivate and manage a diverse team

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Proficient in budgeting and financial management

Knowledge of local customs, culture, and languages is preferred
