The position involves : Develop and implement procurement strategies to efficiently meet the company’s needs. Identify and evaluate suitable suppliers, fostering strong and reliable vendor relationships. Negotiate contracts and agreements to secure the best prices and terms. Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with quality standards and delivery timelines. Coordinate with warehouses to manage inventory levels and ensure material availability without excess. Prepare and analyze purchasing reports, cost analyses, and procurement budgets. Review and approve purchase orders to ensure alignment with internal policies. Stay informed on global and local market trends and assess their impact on the supply chain. Supervise the procurement team and support their professional development. Knowledge, Skills, and Experience

We are Looking for : Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field. Minimum of 5 years of experience in procurement management, preferably within the food or FMCG sector. Strong negotiation skills with the ability to build and maintain professional relationships. Proficient in ERP systems and procurement management tools. Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making capabilities. Excellent leadership and managerial abilities.
