Job ID : | Souq.com for E-Commerce LLC The Central Ops Support Executive is expected to remotely support the daily operations of sellers, including daily metrics monitoring, triggering on-field support to sellers, audits, stakeholder management both within and outside of Amazon, rolling out new processes, and running central control centers. The role requires someone with a big-picture view of customer experience and a high willingness to take ownership. The candidate should have skills in identifying patterns, detecting disruptions, scrutinizing details, and foreseeing data implications. Key Job Responsibilities

This team supports inbound and outbound operations via voice and non-voice channels. The candidate must be willing to work on weekends and in shifts. Roles and Responsibilities :

Remotely monitor the efficient functioning of assigned sites via outbound calls, emails, and coordination with field executives. Liaise between field executives / sellers and internal / external agencies for efficient and timely operations. Train and guide sellers to ensure adherence to norms and practices. Devise and implement SOPs, analyze data, and propose features and processes to improve the seller experience. Willingness to work on weekends. Basic Qualifications

Excellent communication skills. Basic analytical ability, results-oriented approach, with external customer interaction. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Windows-based applications. Ability to work on weekends and shifts. Fluent in English and Arabic (verbal and written). Preferred Qualifications

Strong organizational and follow-up skills to handle external sellers as stakeholders / customers. Good analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to prioritize and work under pressure. Ability to multi-task, manage multiple sites simultaneously, and handle different projects in parallel. Experience in logistics and / or manufacturing industries is an advantage.
