Candidate will support Cisco Collaboration systems, Oracle SBC, Verint Recording and other telecom systems. The role involves system monitoring, troubleshooting, and ensuring high availability and performance.

Support and troubleshoot CUCM, Unity, IM&P, and CMS

Administer and resolve issues with Oracle SBC

Manage and support Verint Voice Recording

MS teams and zoom administration

Perform daily system checks and maintenance

Assist in configuration, deployment, and upgrades

Collaborate with teams to implement scalable solutions.
