MSSQL Database Administrator

We are looking for an experienced MSSQL Database Administrator to join our team! If you have strong expertise in SQL Server, database management, and high availability environments, we’d love to hear from you.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in computer science or related field

Minimum 10 years of hands‑on experience in core database administration

Minimum 5 years of experience in Microsoft SQL Server and database administration

MCSA : Windows Server 2016 Certified or relevant

MCSE : Productivity Certified

Knowledge of Oracle Administration is a plus

Strong troubleshooting skills in Cluster and DR environments

Proven experience in high availability (HA) and disaster recovery (DR) setups

Good English oral and written communication skills

Responsibilities

Manage, configure, and maintain Microsoft SQL Server databases across multiple environments

Ensure database performance, security, and high availability (HA / DR) configurations

Perform regular backups, restores, and recovery operations

Troubleshoot database issues and optimize performance

Monitor database systems to ensure stability and scalability

Plan and execute upgrades, migrations, and patching

Implement database policies, standards, and best practices

Collaborate with application and infrastructure teams to support business systems
