The Gift Marketplace Manager will be responsible for managing and expanding the online gift marketplace with a strong focus on perfumes, luxury gifts, and premium products . This role requires driving sales growth, building strong vendor relationships, and ensuring exceptional customer experience across all digital platforms.
Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day operations of the online gift and perfume marketplace.
- Develop and implement strategies to increase sales and market share.
- Build and maintain strong partnerships with suppliers and luxury brands.
- Oversee inventory levels and logistics to ensure product availability and on-time delivery.
- Analyze customer behavior and sales performance to recommend improvements.
- Ensure product listings meet quality standards and platform policies.
- Collaborate with marketing, customer service, and IT teams to enhance the overall customer journey.
- Monitor industry trends and competitors to maintain a leading market position
