الوصف الوظيفيRecent graduate or student currently enrolled in a relevant field such as Film Production, Media, Communications, or similar. Basic understanding of video production processes and equipment. Familiarity with video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar) is a plus. Creative mindset with a passion for storytelling and visual media. Strong content creative skills. Strong organizational skills and ability to manage time effectively. Willingness to learn and open to feedback. Good communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

This is a fantastic opportunity for individuals looking to kickstart their career in video production and content creation.
As a Video Creator Trainee, you will work alongside our experienced team to learn the ins and outs of video creation, including shooting, editing, and content planning.
Responsibilities
- Assist in the production of high-quality video content for Salla platform.
- Learn and apply video editing techniques using industry-standard software.
- Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate creative ideas for video projects for HR department.
- Support the team in filming activities by setting up equipment and assisting during shoots.
- Help organize and maintain video assets and project files.
- Gain experience in analyzing video performance metrics to enhance future projects.
