Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven E-commerce Channel Manager to lead our online sales and marketing efforts in the food and beverage industry. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and executing strategies that drive online sales growth, enhance brand visibility, and improve customer engagement across various e-commerce platforms. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, sales, and logistics, to ensure seamless execution of our e-commerce initiatives. Your expertise will help us leverage data analytics to make informed decisions and optimise our online presence.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy to achieve sales targets and market share growth.
  • Manage relationships with online marketplaces and key partners.
  • Monitor product listings, pricing, and stock levels to ensure optimal performance.
  • Analyse data and provide insights to improve conversion rates and customer experience.
  • Collaborate with marketing, supply chain, and sales teams to align e-commerce activities with overall business goals.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends, competitors, and new opportunities in the Saudi market.
  • Develop and implement comprehensive e-commerce strategies to increase online sales and market share in the food and beverage sector.
  • Manage relationships with key e-commerce platforms and partners, ensuring alignment with business goals and maximising sales opportunities.
  • Analyse online sales performance and customer behaviour data to identify trends and opportunities for growth.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create and execute digital marketing campaigns that drive traffic and conversions.
  • Oversee inventory management and logistics to ensure timely fulfilment of online orders.
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to e-commerce sales, customer acquisition, and retention.
  • Stay updated on e-commerce trends and best practices, implementing innovative solutions to enhance the customer experience.
  • Train and mentor team members on e-commerce best practices and tools.
  • Develop and manage budgets for e-commerce initiatives, ensuring cost-effective operations.
  • Conduct competitive analysis to benchmark our e-commerce performance against industry standards.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience (3-5 years) in e-commerce management, preferably in FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of online marketplaces, digital marketing, and analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Arabic.
  • Proven experience in e-commerce management, preferably within the food and beverage industry.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Creative problem-solving abilities to address challenges and seize opportunities in the e-commerce landscape.
  • Proficiency in digital marketing tools and platforms, including SEO, SEM, and social media.
  • Experience with e-commerce platforms such as Shopify, Magento, or similar.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously.
  • Detail-orientated with a focus on delivering high-quality results.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities.
  • A passion for the food and beverage industry and a commitment to excellence in customer service.

  • Data Analysis : Proficiency in analyzing online sales data and customer behavior to inform strategic decisions and optimize marketing efforts.
  • Digital Marketing : Expertise in developing and executing digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including email, social media, and search engines.
  • Project Management : Strong organizational skills to manage multiple projects and initiatives effectively, ensuring timely delivery and alignment with business goals.
  • E-commerce Platform Proficiency : Familiarity with e-commerce platforms like Shopify or Magento, enabling effective management of online stores and product listings.
  • Customer Relationship Management (CRM) : Experience in utilizing CRM tools to enhance customer engagement and retention strategies.
