Manager HR Innovation & Talent Curator, SHRM-CP

Job Purpose

We are seeking a highly experienced and results-driven Anesthesia Product Manager to lead our anesthesia portfolio in Riyadh, Saudi Arabia. This role is ideal for someone with deep clinical knowledge, strong market relationships, and a proven track record in launching and managing anesthesia products.

Job Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute strategic plans for Anesthesia and respiratory product lines.
  • Lead product launches, including planning, positioning, and go-to-market execution.
  • Collaborate with regulatory, sales, and marketing teams to support tender submissions and product approvals.
  • Maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, especially anesthesiologists across KSA.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback to guide product development.
  • Provide training and technical support to internal teams and healthcare professionals.

Job Requirments

  • Bachelor\'s degree in Biomedical Engineering, Pharmacy, or a related medical field.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience in anesthesia product management within Saudi Arabia.
  • Demonstrated track record of achievement in sales growth, product launches, or market expansion.
  • Strong medical background in anesthesia and respiratory care.
  • Established relationships with anesthesiologists and key opinion leaders in the field.
  • Proven success in planning and launching new products in the healthcare sector.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret and utilize data
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and modern project management tools
