Wedding planner

Wedding planner vacancy in Jeddah Saudi Arabia We are seeking a highly organized and creative Wedding Planner to join our team in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia. As a Wedding Planner, you will be responsible for planning and executing weddings for our clients, ensuring that every detail is taken care of to create a memorable and perfect day. This is a full-time job with visa sponsorship available for non-native speakers.

Responsibilities

Meet with clients to discuss their wedding vision, budget, and requirements

Create detailed event timelines and budgets

Source vendors such as caterers, florists, photographers, etc.

Coordinate with vendors to ensure all services are provided according to contract

Assist with venue selection and decoration

Manage guest lists and RSVPs

Plan and oversee wedding rehearsals

Handle any issues or emergencies that may arise during the event

Requirements

Previous experience as a Wedding Planner or in event planning is preferred but not required

Highly organized with excellent time-management skills

Creative mindset with attention to detail

Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Fluency in Arabic is preferred
