Overview
Maximus Gulf is seeking a Lead Marketing Business Partner to drive strategic marketing for government, employability, social services, and health programs in Saudi Arabia. You will act as a key partner to business units, translating business goals into effective, measurable marketing campaigns.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute integrated marketing strategies aligned to business and client objectives
- Lead multi-channel campaigns with clear KPIs, performance reporting, and ROI tracking
- Manage agencies, vendors, CRM systems, and marketing automation platforms
- Deliver high-quality client reports and ensure compliance with government communication standards
- Advise senior leaders on marketing best practices and insights
