Are you passionate about transforming learning experiences and bringing ideas to life through creative design?
We’re looking for an Instructional Designer who can blend strategy, creativity, and pedagogy to design and deliver impactful learning solutions — both in-person and virtually.
As part of our Learning & Development team, you’ll work closely with subject matter experts and stakeholders to create engaging, learner-centered programs that drive performance and support organizational goals.
Key Responsibilities
- Analyze learning needs and performance gaps to design effective training solutions.
- Develop engaging instructional materials such as facilitator guides, participant workbooks, presentations, and job aids.
- Create interactive, activity-based learning experiences using videos, simulations, and real-world scenarios.
- Adapt and redesign content for multiple delivery modes — classroom, virtual, or blended learning.
- Collaborate with trainers to ensure smooth delivery and learner engagement.
- Develop evaluation tools and conduct pilot sessions to test and improve learning outcomes.
- Maintain quality, consistency, and alignment with organizational learning frameworks and standards.
- Manage multiple design projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and stakeholder satisfaction.
What You’ll Bring
Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Education, Training & Development, or related field (Master’s preferred).3–5 years of hands‑on experience in instructional design or learning development for adult learners.Proven experience designing for face-to-face and live virtual environments.Strong understanding of ADDIE, SAM , and evaluation models such as Kirkpatrick and Phillips.Proficiency with content authoring tools and digital learning platforms.Excellent communication, collaboration, and project management skills.Fluent in English and Arabic.Why Join Us
