Product Owner (Financial Technology)

Overview

CoorB solutions are designed for scalability, flexibility, and robustness, ensuring they evolve with changing needs. We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Product Owner to join our product team. You will translate the high-level product roadmap into actionable plans for engineering teams and support the Chief Product Officer (CPO). The ideal candidate has a strong background in banking, a solid understanding of Islamic finance, and familiarity with the Saudi Arabian financial market.

Responsibilities

• Requirements & User Stories : Work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into clear, well-defined user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Roadmap Execution : Support the CPO in developing and refining the product roadmap, providing input from development teams and market feedback; execute the tactical delivery of this roadmap.
• Agile Ceremonies : Act as the dedicated Product Owner for a development team, leading sprint planning, backlog grooming, sprint reviews, and retrospectives.
• Stakeholder Alignment : Serve as the primary point of contact between the development team and stakeholders for day-to-day product matters, ensuring clear communication and alignment.
• Domain Expertise : Apply knowledge of banking, Islamic finance, and KSA market regulations to ensure features are compliant, relevant, and effectively solve user problems.
• Acceptance & Validation : Collaborate with QA teams to define test cases and ensure delivered features meet the acceptance criteria and business objectives.
