Overview
Black & Grey HR is recruiting for a well-established retail group in Saudi Arabia looking to hire a Category Manager - Private Label (Saudi National) . The role is responsible for driving private label growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction through effective product development, supplier management, and category strategy.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute category strategies aligned with company goals.
- Drive private label product development from concept to launch.
- Source, negotiate, and manage supplier partnerships to ensure quality, cost efficiency, and innovation.
- Monitor category performance (sales, margins, stock) and implement growth strategies.
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance brand visibility and promotional impact.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory, food safety, and quality standards.
- Optimize budgets, track KPIs, and deliver on profitability targets.
