Requirement for the UI UX Designer

Responsibilities :

1 to 3 years of proven experience as a UI / UX Designer with a strong portfolio showcasing design projects. Strong English communication skills (verbal and written) to work effectively with team members and clients. Solid understanding of user-centered design principles and methodologies. Experience in creating responsive and interactive designs for web and mobile platforms. Strong problem-solving skills and a keen eye for visual details. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines. Skills Required :

Lead the design process for web and mobile applications, from concept to delivery. Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including developers and product managers, to define and implement innovative UI / UX solutions. Conduct user research, gather feedback, and analyze user behavior to enhance the user experience. Develop and maintain design systems and guidelines to ensure consistency across projects. Present and communicate design ideas effectively to team members, stakeholders, and clients. Stay updated with the latest UI / UX trends, tools, and technologies to implement best practices.
