Qualifications

Minimum three years managing a luxury lobby lounge, hotel tearoom, or comparable premium café concept Proven expertise in afternoon-tea etiquette, plated pastry presentation, and specialty coffee / tea service Hands-on leadership of 10–15 front-of-house colleagues, including briefing, coaching, and roster management Demonstrated ability to balance guest experience with commercial acumen Fluent English essential; French or Arabic strongly valued Flexible availability across weekdays, weekends, and peak holiday periods Seniority level
