We are looking for a motivated and customer-focused Sales Associate to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for selling the company’s products and services, assisting customers with their inquiries, and ensuring a smooth and satisfying customer experience.
Your main goal is to drive sales while delivering excellent customer service. You will act as a key point of contact for customers, providing product knowledge, addressing concerns, and contributing to the achievement of sales targets.

- عرض المنتجات والخدمات والترويج لها وبيعها بفعالية.
- تقديم معلومات دقيقة عن المنتجات والرد على استفسارات العملاء.

- التعامل مع شكاوى العملاء باحترافية ولباقة.
- تحقيق أهداف المبيعات الشهرية أو تجاوزها.
- الحفاظ على مظهر وتنظيم المتجر وفقًا لمعايير الشركة.
- المساهمة بأفكار واستراتيجيات لتحسين المبيعات وتجربة العملاء.
Requirements | المتطلبات
- شهادة الثانوية العامة أو ما يعادلها.
- يفضل وجود خبرة سابقة في المبيعات أو التجزئة.
- مهارات تواصل ممتازة (بالعربية والإنجليزية).
- تركيز قوي على خدمة العملاء ومهارات حل المشكلات.
- القدرة على الحفاظ على اللباقة والهدوء في مواقف الضغط.
- مظهر أنيق واحترافي.
- معرفة أساسية بمبادئ البيع وسلوك المستهلك.
- الالتزام بالمواعيد والتنظيم والاعتمادية
