Our client is seeking a proactive, detail-oriented, and highly organized Assistant to the CEO to provide high-level administrative and operational support. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years of experience supporting executive-level professionals and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities
Calendar Management : Coordinate and maintain the CEO’s schedule, including internal and external meetings, appointments, and events.
Travel Arrangements : Plan and organize complex domestic and international travel itineraries, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and meeting logistics.
Meeting Support : Schedule and confirm meetings, prepare agendas, take notes, and track action items for follow-up.
Communication Management : Serve as a point of contact between the CEO and internal / external stakeholders, ensuring timely and professional communication.
Follow-ups and Task Tracking : Monitor deadlines, follow up on action items, and ensure priorities are addressed.
Confidential Support : Handle sensitive information with the utmost discretion and confidentiality.
General Administrative Support : Assist with expense reports, documentation, presentations, and other executive-level tasks as needed.
