Job descriptionPromote and sell the company’s medical products to healthcare professionals within assigned territory.Develop and maintain strong relationships with doctors, pharmacists, and other key stakeholders.Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to educate healthcare providers on product benefits and usage.Achieve and exceed sales targets and objectives as set by management.Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to identify new business opportunities.Organize and participate in medical conferences, workshops, and promotional events.Provide timely and accurate reports on sales activities, market conditions, and customer needs.Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and ethical standards in all interactions.Collaborate with internal teams to coordinate product supply, marketing campaigns, and customer support.Stay updated on the latest developments in the medical and pharmaceutical industry.2 to 5 years of proven experience as a Medical Representative or in a similar sales role within the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry.Strong understanding of medical terminology and pharmaceutical products.Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.Demonstrated ability to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.Willingness to travel within assigned territory as required.Proficient in using MS Office and CRM software.Strong organizational and time management skills.Professional appearance and demeanor.Fluency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
