Job description
  • Identify and pursue new B2B and institutional business opportunities within Saudi  Arabia, including government, education, real estate, and hospitality sectors.
  • Develop and implement sales strategies to penetrate new markets including  government contracts, fitness chains, hotels, universities, and corporate wellness  programs.
  • Coordinate internally with finance, legal, technical, and project teams to align on  proposal requirements and execution plans.
  • Monitor tender calendars and ensure timely preparation and submission of all  required documentation.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, documentation standards, and client  requirements.
  • Lead the end-to-end process for proposals, bids, and tenders across fitness  equipment, sports, and facility / event management.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and  opportunities.
  • Develop and implement go-to-market strategies based on market research,  competitive analysis, and customer needs.
  • Build strong client relationships and strategic partnerships with key stakeholders,  including brands, government bodies, and sports federations.
  • Design integrated commercial offers combining both Fitness and Sports  services.
  • Represent the company at trade shows, client meetings, and official events to  promote brand visibility and business growth.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to inform business development  strategy.
  • Achieve assigned revenue, margin, and growth targets across relevant sectors and  product lines.
  • Requirements :

    • Bachelors degree in Sports Management / Business Administration or equivalent  experience.
    • A minimum of 8 years of experience in a similar environment (B2B sales, business  development, ideally in fitness, sports infrastructure, events, or facility management)
    • Fluent in English and Arabic, additional language is a plus.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
    • Strong network within the fitness industry, government entities, or hospitality sector is  an advantage.
    • Customer service-oriented mindset.
    • Skilled in pricing, financial modelling, P&L analysis.
    • Proven track record in winning large-scale bids.
