Job Summary
Our client is seeking a seasoned Medical Manager to lead our underwriting and claims operations, ensuring compliance and service quality through Third-Party Administrators (TPAs).
Key Responsibilities
- Underwriting & Claims Management : Oversee underwriting and claims handling procedures, supervise departmental staff, and ensure accurate documentation.
- Client & Business Development : Collaborate with the Production team to acquire new business, prepare quotations, and negotiate policy terms.
- Operational & Financial Oversight : Maintain premium registers, assist with financial follow-ups, and sign off on policies and claims documents.
- Medical Network & Service Coordination : Build relationships with healthcare providers to ensure efficient customer service.
- Strategic & Market Analysis : Conduct market studies, monitor competitive threats, and provide data-driven insights to senior management.
